The AIPP is designed to help employers in these provinces fill job vacancies by connecting them with skilled workers from around the world. As a participant in the program, you may be able to get a job offer from an employer in the Atlantic region, and then apply for permanent residency.

The AIPP has three streams: the Atlantic High-Skilled Program, the Atlantic Intermediate-Skilled Program, and the Atlantic International Graduate Program. Each stream has its own eligibility criteria, but all three require applicants to have a job offer from a designated employer in one of the Atlantic provinces.

If you’re interested in the AIPP, start by checking if you meet the eligibility criteria. If you do, you can then apply for a job in one of the Atlantic provinces and ask your employer to support your application to the program. The AIPP can be a great option if you’re looking for a pathway to permanent residency in Canada and are interested in living in the beautiful and welcoming Atlantic provinces.
