This Initial Consultation Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of the initial consultation meeting between a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) at One-on-One Immigration and the undersigned prospective Client(s) (the “Client”):
The objective of the initial consultation is to gather information from the client about their immigration needs and provide suitable answers to the best of our ability. The consultation also helps to identify the potential options for the client on their immigration/visa goals and to determine the best course of action.
All information and documents provided to One-on-One Immigration Consulting at the initial consultation shall remain strictly confidential, except as authorized by you or otherwise provided under the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants Code of Professional Ethics.
After the initial consultation, depending on the willingness of both the parties (client, and RCIC) a separate, more detailed Retainer (service) Agreement, will be signed by both parties. The new Retainer Agreement will supersede the Initial Consultation Agreement and will set forth the terms and conditions of our representation of you, including our fees and the specific services to be performed by us.
Cost of Initial Consultation:
The Client is obliged to pay a consultation fee as per the option of 25 minutes or 45 minutes:
25 minutes consultation: $95.00 inclusive of HST
45 minutes consultation: $125.00 inclusive of HST
There is no HST if paid from overseas. The fee can be e-transferred at 1on1immigration@gmail.com OR by PayPal OR by credit card option available at our website.
